Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing quantum computing, AI ethics, and neuromorphic computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive technology trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and ESG commitments
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget, allocating resources to high-impact R&D initiatives
- Present strategic technology blueprints to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Drive adoption of Web3.0 standards and decentralized identity frameworks across enterprise systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems or quantum computing deployments
- Expertise in blockchain architectures, IoT ecosystems, and ambient computing paradigms
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent practical experience
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology trends
- Experience with agile development methodologies in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
