Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate tech and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough innovations in biotech and neural interfaces
- Quantify ROI for emerging technologies through scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify acquisition targets and IP opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption cycles and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience mapping 3-5 year tech horizons (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong background in patent analysis and competitive tech landscapes
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
