Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize R&D initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development sprints
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives using data-driven storytelling
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists and academic research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
