Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep expertise in systems architecture and future-proofing digital infrastructure
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI and risk assessment
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology governance frameworks

- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
