Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions in AI/ML and quantum systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive analysis and patent research
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains and foster a culture of calculated experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation units
