Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework, scanning horizon trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact innovation opportunities aligned with long-term business objectives
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technology implications for industry verticals
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects exploring next-gen technologies with potential for commercialization by 2026
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to co-develop future-focused solutions
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate foresight roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, advanced automation, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
