- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering and product teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
