Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, IoT, and blockchain integration

- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026+ markets
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies and foresight techniques
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Expertise in technology forecasting and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling technology solutions in hyper-growth environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
