Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (Web4, neurotech, climate AI)
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients on futuristic digital transformation
- Mentor a team of 12+ PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ tech products
- Expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative tech
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global organizations
- Strong portfolio of patents or industry awards
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
