Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy next-gen solutions with 3-year impact horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech adoption across enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution trajectories
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech foresight
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
