Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams

- Drive sustainable technology adoption across global operations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Global tech ecosystem network with Tier-1 institution ties
