Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their commercial applications
- Build predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Design innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proficient in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Executive experience scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology trends (HBR/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem and global tech policy circles
