- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in virtual/physical environments
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptors to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Anticipate geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists to cultivate cutting-edge expertise
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFA, CFTE) or technology forecasting methodologies
