- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders in frontier tech
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with focus on ROI-driven pilot programs
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record scaling transformative technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Executive-level experience with strategic planning and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, digital sovereignty)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M
- Certifications in AI governance (e.g., CAG) or quantum computing preferred
