Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI/ML, quantum computing, and IoT solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking across innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investor committees
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives to achieve carbon neutrality goals
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling enterprise technology in cloud/AI environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Experience with technology roadmapping frameworks (Gartner, Forrester)
- Strong financial acumen for technology budgeting and ROI analysis
- Certifications in AWS/Azure and technology management preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (articles, patents, or conferences)
