Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting tech deployment
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and governments
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture or equivalent
