Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Translate complex technology trends into actionable business initiatives for executive stakeholders
- Oversee the implementation of AI governance frameworks and ethical technology standards
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG 2030 goals
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping the 2026 digital landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching enterprise-level technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Technology Strategy certification preferred
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
