- Represent company at global tech summits and establish thought leadership in future-tech discourse
- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
