- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into core business strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor tech teams on future-proof architecture and ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech systems
- Proven track record of launching 3+ future-focused products/services
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and tech forecasting
- Certified in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE 7000) and sustainable tech standards
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
