Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, biotech)
- Strong background in translating technical concepts into business value propositions
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
