Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 18-month predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen quantum-AI integration
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and build competitive advantage frameworks
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Partner with MIT Future Labs on joint patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in AI/quantum domains
- Proven track record of commercializing future-facing technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
