Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, biotechnology)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business
