Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, neural interfaces, decentralized AI) for commercial viability
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- MBA or MS in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- SCIP or AFIP certification preferred
