- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to identify first-mover advantages in future markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, advanced automation)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
