Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and scientific breakthroughs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to execute multi-year innovation strategies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ impact potential
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present strategic vision to investors, regulators, and industry consortiums
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record launching at least three category-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or space
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing $100M+ in R&D funding
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight qualification
