Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology trends and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strategic consulting or corporate innovation experience required
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across organizational boundaries
