Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-forward technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance implications

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or immersive tech
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
