Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ product portfolios and service ecosystems
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and assess commercial viability
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks bridging R&D, product, and market teams
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and investors, securing $10M+ annual innovation budgets
- Drive ethical AI and sustainability integration in all future-facing initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ecosystems
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and partnerships
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CTA, FTI) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive/board-level experience
- Portfolio of 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
