Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems or quantum computing applications
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and technology adoption frameworks
- Strong background in corporate strategy with experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical AI governance, and sustainable innovation
