Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure) into core offerings
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policy developments and adapt strategy accordingly
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade solutions using emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or bio-digital interfaces
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFA, WFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
