Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Analyze global tech policy shifts to advise on regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Establish KPI frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric design principles
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with direct experience in emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential technology curves
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-machine symbiosis
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
