Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling enterprise technology solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3 technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in TOGAF or SABSA architecture frameworks
