Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess strategic adoption opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for futuristic tech initiatives
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Futures Thinking
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution or digital transformation
