- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation product development
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term innovation strategy
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy preferred)
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills with executive experience
