- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Track record of launching at least 3 industry-disrupting innovations
