Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging engineering, product, and business units
- Define technology investment priorities and ROI frameworks for futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with corporate vision and market disruption
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and responsible innovation

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-level stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
