Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, IoT, and decentralized systems into scalable solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateForward in emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for cutting-edge R&D integration
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement across innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations with measurable market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and market intelligence platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
