Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused decision making
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Program
- Represent InnovateX at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, neurotech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for deep tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture design
