Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with company vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure strategic compliance

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
