Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for sustainable innovation and digital transformation
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
