Responsibilities

- Establish innovation KPIs and success metrics for emerging technology adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in future-focused domains: Web3, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution (Harvard Business Review/MIT Review)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
