Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors

- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and future-gazing methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in strategic frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, technology adoption lifecycle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting or strategic planning work
