Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and validation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Champion innovation through cross-functional R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech labs
- Translate technical insights into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for future-facing technologies
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption vectors and tech convergence
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or bioinformatics
- Strong background in venture capital, corporate innovation, or tech policy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published author or speaker at top-tier tech conferences (WSJ, TED, CES)
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives
