Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry shifts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 innovators
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board committees
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-functional innovation workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (3+ major initiatives)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
