Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
