Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with exponential potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire frontier technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of launching products with 7+ figure ROI
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment methodologies
