Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, metaverse)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and startup incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least three future tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
