Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with company vision and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting to maintain innovation leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive teams and influencing technology roadmaps
