Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Futurist Studies
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging technologies

- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to production
- Deep expertise in regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
