- Develop patent strategies for disruptive innovations
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven allocation
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs for collaborative R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
